He is survived by: his spouse Marketa Clark (Kapciugova); his children, Brittany Clark Martin (Joe) of Helena, Alabama and Cooper Hayden Clark of Panama City, Florida; his mother Mary Weaver Pharis (David A.) of Ramer, Alabama; his brother-in-law Rockford Dale Tidwell of Ramer; his brothers, Johny Conway Clark Jr. (Sharon) of Montgomery and Christopher Alan Clark (Cindy) of Prattville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Channing Avril Martin, Hayden Isaiah Martin and Jackson Shepard Martin; his stepsons, Marko Tomic and Stefan Tomic; his niece Jennifer; his nephews, Chad Franklin and Matt Tidwell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alyssa, CJ, John Logan, Cayton, Barrett and Ryland.
