It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry James Gardner of Panama City, Florida, born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son James M. Gardner; his grandson Matthew Gardner; and his sister Betty Lippencot. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Gardner; his children, Peggy Brenner (Rich), Becky Davenport (Jack) and Mark Gardner (Stacey); his grandchildren, Michael Brenner (Chrissy), Kaylee Gardner (Saylor), Jonathan Gardner (Jessica) and Erin; his great grandchildren, Caden and Lydia Brenner; and his daughter-in-law Denise Gardner. He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bayou George Christian Church.
