He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian. He is survived by: his father Howard Palmer; and his siblings, Thomas Palmer (Cynthia), Rhonda Renee Salazar, Vivian Lynn Madden (James), Shannon Alisha Varnum (Brant Creamer) and Susan Opal Palmer (Edward Bogacki). He is also survived by five nieces; eight nephews; sixteen great-nieces; eight great-nephews; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
