He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Costa and Aldina Costa; and his brother Ernie Costa. He is survived by: his children, Mark Anthony Costa (Petra Costa) and Melanie McDuff (David McDuff); his grandchildren, Avery Costa, Kailyn Krebs, Cameron McDuff, Dylan McDuff and Gisele St. Angelo; his brother David Costa (Rosemarie Costa); his former wife Aleta Costa; and his close friends, Derek S., Raymond Kelley, Katrina Vermette, Timothy Vermette, Michael Vermette and Mark Parrish.
