She is survived by: her husband Peter Anthony Blok of Panama City; her children, Peter M. Blok, Mary Anne Blok Swain (Thomas), Robert Anthony Blok (Marilu) and Jill Burford; her grandchildren, Gary Blok (Marichel), Chantal Blok, Stephanie Blok, Rachelle Lynch (Randy), Natasha Elam (Wayne), Allen Swain, Melissa Zasada, Teresa Blok (Rafael), Natalie Blok, Nicole MacQueen (Cameron), Maria Casama and Monica Vergara; and her sisters, Barbara Krause (Cliff) and Margaret Gruno (Bob). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a vast circle of extended family.
