She is survived by: her children, Donna Price, David Jacobs (Janie), Steve Jacobs (Darlene) and Kevin Jacobs (Jessica); and her siblings, Kenneth, Diane Hall, Karen, Larry Reinhardt, James, Anita Sizemore, Harold, Barbara Sizemore, Sheila Regan and Wilhelmina Swearingens. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grand child.
