He is survived by: his mother Drucilla Smith; his wife Roxanne Bass; his daughter Michelle Bass; his stepchildren, Tony Jensen (Christi Jensen) and Jenni Jensen; his grandchildren, Julia Brannon, Autumn Woessner and Matthew Jensen; his great grandchild Isaiah; and his pets, Duke and Duchess.
