He is survived by: his wife Katharine Davis; his sons, Raven (Becky), Grey (Ari) and Cole (Rachel); his stepdaughter Trisha (Rick); his grandchildren, Amelia, Cade, Henry, Julien and Jack; his stepgrandchildren, Rachael and Austin; his sisters, Cindy Mashburn and Dottie Shaughnessy; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Stanton, Zach Mathis, Tara Scholz and Shane Slusser. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
