It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Hughes of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Hughes and Omega Hughes; his daughter Celeste Hughes; his siblings, Patricia McCormick, Linda Cunningham (Charles) and Richard "Dick" Hughes (Carolyn); and his close friend Diana Barnett. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Trinity Lutheran Church Homeless ministry in memory of Michael Hughes.
