It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Patrick Rowan (Panama City, Florida), born in Crestview, Florida, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Gypsy. He is survived by: his parent Linda Elmore Carver; his sisters, Angie Wall (John) and Traci Mayo; and his children, Christopher, Sara and Kyle. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and his Niece.
