She was predeceased by: her husband James Matthew Rodgers, Sr.; her parents, William Jefferson Bell and Milbra Eliza Wilkerson Bell; her son-in-law Richard Green; and her siblings, Jack Bell, Hubert Bell, Darius Bell, Birthel Webb, Edna Mae Ray and Lois Bell.
She is survived by: her children, James Matthew Rodgers, Jr. (Deborah) and Debbie Rodgers Green; her grandchildren, Brian Cooper, Suzanah Raffield (Rhonda), Matthew Rodgers (Tina) and Kimberly Eliza Rodgers; her great grandchildren, Haleigh Howell, Henry Raffield, Eilis, Audrey, Aidan Ryan, Thomas Matthew, Jr. and Daniel James Rodgers; and her aunts, Mickey, Gaggie and Mil. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
