He was predeceased by: his children, Jeffrey Cook, Mark Cook and Tricia Cook. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook; his daughter Angela Manning; his grandchildren, Corey Manning and Courtney Manning; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Manning and Chloe Manning; his granddaughter-in-law Katie Manning; his son-in-law Robbie Manning; his brother Alan Cook; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Roth and Don Roth; and his nephew Scott Roth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
