He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lee and Cleland Hortance Burkett Etheridge; and his brother Arnold Lee Etheridge. He is survived by: his son Phillip Etheridge of South Carolina; and his sisters, Phyllis Diane Adair (Jesse) of Youngstown and Donna Creel (Greg) of Panama City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
