He is survived by: his daughters, Pamila Myers Pardue and Kimberly Attaway; his adoptive daughter Tammy Bevis (Gary); his grandchildren, Tracey Putnik, Sarah Palma, Bronna Mills, Jonathan Hogan, Krista Hogan, Laura Grant, Serena Sanders, Jacob Sanders and Zach Sanders; his sisters, Nell Ard and Margaret Warren; and his nieces, Cindy Joiner and Paula Kirkland.
