The memory of Ronnie Lee Efird of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, T. James Efird and Anna Efird; his wife Diane; and his son Philip. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Bowden (Bobby) and Julie Gay (John); his grandchildren, Luke Bowden (Zoë), Josh Bowden, Anna Bowden, Taylor McLaughlin (Johnny), Leah Bowden and Hailey Gay; his great grandchild Thomas; and his siblings, Jim Efird (Delores), Carla Hart (Jerry) and Teri Houghton (Jeff). He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ron's memory to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, an organization with which he was honored to serve.
