With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Paul of Panama City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Paul and Lounette Paul; his sister Diane Quinlan; his niece Shonie LeDuc; his wife Darlene Paul; his daughters, Stacy Vineyard (Eric) and Kristy Jones (Paul); and his grandchildren, Blake, Chase, Ryan Vineyard (Jenna), Savannah, Mikayla and Michael Jones.
He is survived by: his grand-pets, Bella, Oakleigh, Bruce Wayne, Timber and Buster.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (903 E 4th St, Panama City, FL 32401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
