We are sad to announce that, on August 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sharon Williams of Panama City, Florida, born in Maryville, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James F. Purkey and Katherine Purkey; her husband Brian Williams of Knoxville, TN.; her daughters, Vanessa Hicks of Shelbyville, TN, Erica Young (Chris Young) of Maryville, TN and Olivia Williams of Panama City, FL.; her grandchildren, Tyler Hicks of Maryville, TN., Sadie Hicks of Maryville, TN. and Landon Lindsey of Maryville, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Ayden Hicks, Kendrick Hicks, Tristan and Ian Hicks. She was also cherished by Several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cove Baptist Church.

We are so glad to have met her, and I (Rosa) am so thankful to have found my singing voice because of her and Olivia as a young girl.
