He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Mae Perkins; and his siblings, Merle Navarette and Richard Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Perkins; his children, Eva Perkins and Simon Perkins II; his daughter-in-law Amy Perkins; his brother Mickey Perkins; and his sister-in-law Deborah.
