We bid farewell to Sonja Ann Wester (Panama City, Florida), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 11, 2026 at the age of 86. Sonja Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Branton and Ida Branton; her husband Glynn Wester; and her siblings, Doyle Branton and Joyce Platt.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Wester Deal (Scott); her grandchildren, Justin Deal, Holly Farmer (Preston) and Brittany Carter (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Lexie Conley, Kallie Deal, Brantley, Easton, Raegan, Nolan Farmer, Brody, Wyatt, Georgi and Beau Carter; her sisters, Linda Chaffin and Helen Atkinson; and her friend Martha Harris. She is also survived by 17 nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church at 1529 Mulberry Avenue or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
