She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Waters and Gertrude Waters; and her brothers, Fred "Gator" Waters and Lowell Waters. She is survived by: her siblings, Bud Waters (Sue), Danny Waters (Donna) and Freida Cioeta (Don); her sister-in-law Carole Waters; her nieces and nephews, Jimmy Waters (Suzanne), Leslie Martinez (Rich), Leigh Waters, David Waters (Christy), Melissa Thrasher, Russ Waters, Kelly Sweatt (Blake), Michelle Garnett Ashley (Daniel), Carrie Taylor (Derek) and Travis Robertson; her aunts, Myrl Whalen and Helen Waters; and her pets, Teddy and Grace. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces; numerous cousins.
