It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Ann Miller of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Marbeth, Dorphan Slone, Sylvania and Grover Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Rick Miller; her children, Briana Miller (Chris Cortez) and Ricky Miller; her grandchildren, Kairi, Evander and Alessia Cortez; her parents, Roy Patrick and Regina Newsome (Pam); and her stepsiblings, Zachary Newsome and Christa Newsome.
