He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Derbes and Kathryn Derbes; and his stepmother Hazel Derbes. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Derbes; and his children, Thomas Derbes II (Kelly) and Taylor Derbes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
