He is survived by: his wife Janice Lowe; his daughter Melisa Summers (Joshua); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parrish (Daniel), Landon Summers and McKinley Summers; his great grandchildren, Kolton Parrish and Josie Parrish; and his siblings, Leon Lowe, Betty Bush (Larry), Wilburn Lowe (Donna) and Sarah Lowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the River Church (5031 N Star Ave, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
