It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian E. Pandolfo (Panama City, Florida), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, LtCol Michael Pandolfo (Kathy) and Marie Capt (LtCol); her grandchildren, David "Ruty" Rutenberg of Los Angeles, CA, Robin-Renee Rutenberg, Germany, Christopher and LtCMDR Jasmine Pandolfo; and her great grandchild Patrick.
