He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese S. Everitt and Lela Mae Everitt Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Dianne Everitt and William Joe Everitt, Jr.; his grandsons, Brandon Joseph Everitt and William Hiram Everitt; his brother Reese Jimmy "Jim" Everitt (Sarah Everitt); his niece Sommer Everitt; and his great-nephew Blake Washburn. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
