He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Mullins of Florida; his brothers, Eric Mullins of California and Kenny Mullins of Florida; his children, Dewey James Mullins (Melissa), Danielle Brown (Johnny), Moriah Johnson (Ruben), Tammy Lynn Lewis (Andy), Deanna Feltner of Florida, Doug Fields (Trish) and Toby Wilkerson (Ada); his grandchildren, Dewey, Austin, Danielle, Moriah, Toby, Deanna, Doug and Tammy; and his great grandchildren, Dewey, Doug, Ashlyn, Moriah and Deanna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
