Justice of Panama City, Florida, born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joyce Stephens and John T. Stephens; and her siblings, Steve Stephens, Robert Stephens and Yasmin Stephens.

She is survived by : her children, Joli Salster (Shane) and Shane Stephens; her grandchildren, Austin Salster, Kaleb Stephens and Ciera Salster (Jonathan Morris); and her great grandchild Olivia Morris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
