He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cwiekowski and Helen Cwiekowski. He is survived by: his significant other Beni Barrett; his children, Valerie, Daniel and Chad; and his grandchildren, Emily, Ryan and Dax. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
