He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Elkins and Mary Elkins; and his brother Brian Lee Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Tina Elkins; his daughter Tabbatha May Elkins; and his granddaughter Mykka Lynn Monroe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bayside Community Church - North River (9505 Moccasin Wallow Rd, Palmetto, FL 34219). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
