He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert F. Higgins and Judith Higgins Ripley of Norwell; his wife Barbara Miller Higgins; his siblings, John J. Higgins (Kim Higgins) of Pembroke, MA and Christie A Higgins of Middleboro, MA.; his sons, Robert Higgins (Kelly Muzio Higgins) and Shawn Higgins (Kimberly Beaver Higgins) of Colonie, NY.; his stepsons, Todd Duche of Sarasota, FL, James Connors of Rockland, MA. and Glenn Duche; and his grandchildren, Kaleigh, Molly, Connor, Lilly Higgins and Brett Pizzi.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home - Norwell (30 Central St, Norwell, MA 02061).
