He is survived by: his wife Fe Dongarra; his children, Nicole Kraus of Tonawanda and David Dongarra (Libby Dongarra) of Parrish, Florida.; his sisters, Brenda Yovan (Tom Yovan), Shannon Dongarra and Sheila Amburn; and his grandchildren, Nolan, Garrett Kraus, Zara and Emriele Dongarra.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
