She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Burlison; and her parents, Shirley Simmons and Eugene Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Burlison of DeFuniak Springs and Dustin Burlison (Camile) of DeFuniak Springs; her grandchildren, Austin, Tanner, Samuel, Brantley and Jewel Burlison; her great grandchildren, Carsynn, Ozlynn and Althea Renee Burlison; and her close friend Marylou Geohagan.
