She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Betts and Marie Betts; and her siblings, Robert Betts Jr. and Sandra Betts. She is survived by: her husband Oswald Richards; her stepson Jerome Richards (Martha Wheelock-Richards); her granddaughter Emma Richards; her siblings, Michelle Kirouac (Ralph Kirouac), Suzanne Betts (Michael Brazzell), Thomas Betts (Wendy Betts), Brian Betts (Robin Betts) and Pamela Betts (Ralph Goodenough); and her siblings' children, Joshua Betts, Ryan Betts, Michael Goodson, Justin Betts, Joseph Betts, Charlie Betts, Jonathan Betts, Carlos Garcia, Raymond Garcia, Tanner Kirouac, Matthew Kirouac and Samantha Hamlin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care (1600 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Vista Memorial Gardens (14200 NW 57th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014).
