He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelli Quenzer. He is survived by: his wife Rosalinda Veltre; his children, Gary Quenzer and Tracey Smith (Christopher Smith); and his grandchildren, Kayla Quenzer and Ryan Quenzer. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Roger's memory. The Foundation supports injured veterans, first responders, and the families of fallen heroes.
