She was predeceased by: her parents, Naftali Aldoroty and Rachel Aldoroty; her husband Frank Halper Jr.; and her siblings, Rose Matalon and Leo Aldoroty.
She is survived by: her children, Caren Bruns (Bruce) of Pennington and Nick Halper (Debbie) of Cumming, Georgia; her grandchildren, Genevieve Bruns, Alec Bruns and Rachel Halper; her siblings, Sue Turkus and Barry Aldoroty (Helen); and her sister-in-law Sheila Aldoroty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
