Carter (Takia); her grandchildren, Markia Carter, Mark Carter, Jr., Mark Carter, III and Marcus Carter; her siblings, Tarrie Ashley (Donna), Alexander Phillips (Lea), Theresa Prosper (Henry), Thomas Phillips (Meisha) and Melissa Phillips; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Ann Phillips and Stephanie Phillips; and her aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Ashley, Betty Ashley, Annie Ruth, Isaiah Jordan and Bill Hardy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
