He is survived by: his wife Chrissy; his children, Mike Jr. and Stephanie; his children-in-law, Sheila and Titus; his grandchildren, Jared and Emma; his nephews, Mark, Peter and Ed; his sister-in-law Sherry; and his nieces, Saundra and Stacey.
