He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Doug Permenter (Susan) and Stephanie Pfalzgraf; his grandchildren, David, Jack and Maggie Pfalzgraf; his children, Zach (Haiden), Steven (Meagan), Joseph, Matthew, Michael, Winston Permenter and Elena Hynes; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Cannon and Walker Permenter; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Campbell (Kay), John Campbell (Ann), Carrie Campbell, Kaye Campbell and Laurie Thigpen (Frank). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
