He was predeceased by: his mother Lila Roth Kohr. He is survived by: his father Curtis Maxwell; his wife Louise Harriet Lister; his daughter Leigh-Anne Kohr; his granddaughter Elisabeth Stromberg; his children, Peyton Kohr and John (Kohr, Jr.); his grandchildren, Katherine Creel (Seth), Jackson and Brody Kohr; his great grandchildren, Beau and Shelby Creel; and his siblings, Gary Kohr of Grapevine, TX and Jane Hawkins (John) of Lebanon, OH.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bayview Memorial Park (3351 Scenic Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32503). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Camp Beckwith and Wilmer Hall in honor of Alan and Louise Kohr.
