He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Milliken (Miriam Luker); and his siblings, Larry Milliken, Sr. and Rhonda Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Milliken of Cantonment, FL; and his sons, Mark Alan Milliken of Riverview, FL and Roger Lee Milliken of Cantonment, FL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
