She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Ruth Milstead; her stepfather Ulysses Grant; her father Harrold Wright; and her siblings, Carolyn Ruth Wright, Jerry Wayne, Charles Larry and Michael Frank Wright.

She is survived by: her son Alex Sapp; and her brothers, Donald Wright and Scottie Grant (Vicky). She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews, and 32 great nieces and nephews.
