Fell of Pensacola, Florida, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy S. Quance and Annie Marion Gazey. She is survived by: her husband David Mark "Gus" Fell; and her brother Albert Quance of Toronto. She is also survived by two nephews and several nieces.
