She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinnie Palmer and Mary Palmer; her husband James H. "Jim" Williams; her siblings, Jerrie McDaniel and Kinnie Palmer III; and her friend Patricia Colley.
She is survived by: her children, Russell (Donna), Brett (Jennifer), Eric (Dora) and Samantha (Henry); her grandchildren, Kelli (Scott), John (Autumn), Jeffrey (Melody), Joshua (Olivia), Carol Anne (Kendall), Hannah (Josh), Rachel, Elijah, Sarah (Shawn), Rebecca (Brianna), Cherith, Briana, Avery, Dylan and Myles; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Miriam, Johanna, Jason, Ryder, Maverick, Hawk and Azalea; her brother Jimmy Palmer; and her friend Nancy Dyson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
