She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Smith and Ethel Smith; her husband Byron; and her sisters, Nell Johnston, Mildred Merritt, Kate Blackwelder and Sarah Kent.
She is survived by: her children, Milton Waters, Jr. (Joy) of Gainesville, Linda King (John) of Pensacola, David Waters (Kim) of Pensacola and Florida4; her grandchildren, Ben Waters, Sr. of Ocala, Jason King of Pace, Joli King of New Orleans and John David King (JD) of Pensacola; and her sister Jean Shiver (GeorgiaNumerous) of Columbus. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
