He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Blanchard and Verna Ledet Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Springer Brown Blanchard; his sisters, Janet Hartlieb and Gail Ryder (Chris); his sons, Brad J. Blanchard (Aja), Brian J. Blanchard and James W. Brown (Vicki); and his grandchildren, T. J. Blanchard, Thomas Brown (Jessalyn), Michael Brown, Alysha Convis (Ty), Megan Blanchard (Devin Hughes), David Brown, Murphy Blanchard, Jackson Blanchard and Brooks Blanchard.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (6495 Lillian Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32506). A Mass was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
