He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Hughes Clark and Clarice Jewell Tickle Clark. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughters, Mary Ellen Downie (Bobby) of Tallahassee, FL, Virginia "Ginny" Clark (Ann Scott) of Richmond, VA and Margaret "Peggy" Hayes (Kevin) of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Michael Shiplet (Paige Willey), William Shiplet (Catie), Lauren Hayes and Leah Hayes; and his brother Howard Clark (Judy) of Vienna, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (33 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Manna Food Bank, Emerald Coast Hospice, or a charity of choice.
