He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Eubanks and Neda Eubanks; and his brother Dr. John L. Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Lilly Belle "Lil" Eubanks; his daughters, Sara Clarke (Al Clarke) and Leigh Anne Eubanks (Spencer Davis); and his grandchildren, Emma Charlotte and Eli Roberts Clarke. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
