He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Riggs and Lurline Estes Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Riggs; his children, Hayden Riggs (Jennifer), Robert Riggs (Carlie) and Jolie Branco (Marcelo); and his grandsons, Riley Riggs and Hunter Hatcher.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (33 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502).
