She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Hawks Shinault and Bosun Shinault; and her siblings, Mary Ray, Evelyn Shinault, Beatrice Wall, Violet Mitchell, Ruby Shinault, Betty Kiger, Wilma Marion, Faith Shinault, Mabel Beck, John Shinault (Daniel), Rufus Shinault and Ted Shinault.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Rowinsky; her daughter Lisa Hardy Taylor (John); her granddaughters, Amanda Hamilton (McBride), Brittney Hope Kilby and Isabella Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Dakota Hamilton, Dixie Hamilton and Evelyn McBride; her nieces, Kathy Marion Garber (Tim) and Wendy Shouse (Ty); and her cousins, Buddy Snow and Wilbur Shinault.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pensacola Memorial Gardens (7433 Pine Forest Rd, Pensacola, FL 32526).
