He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. H. C. Deyton and Deloris Layman Deyton; his brother Glen D. Deyton; and his nephew John Michael Deyton. He is survived by: his wife Maureen F. Deyton of Fairhope; his children, David Deyton (Hayden) of Fairhope, Adam Deyton (Molly) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Olivia Carlson of Fairhope, Alabama and Matthew Deyton of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; his stepchildren, Matthew Bass (Gail Pietrangelo) of Lexington, Kentucky and Caitlin Bass of Fairhope, Alabama.; and his brothers, Ronald D. Deyton of Fairhope Alabama, Daniel L Deyton (Poppi Deyton) of Fairhope Alabama and Thomas C Deyton (Sandy Deyton) of Owensboro Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous loving nephews, nieces.
